Q How do I find information about ______ on SaveYourself.ca?

A See the Reading Guide for Patients. Or use the search box in the menu above, which is basically just a Google search. For instance, searching for “trigger points” gets all pages about trigger points (muscle knots).

Q Does your tutorial include information about _____?

A Probably! My tutorials are quite detailed. However, if you buy a tutorial and find that it does not cover a topic that interests you, please just write to me and ask.

Q Is there an actual paper book? Is there a book version of the tutorial?

A No, there is no physical book. For now I sell online tutorials/PDFs only — a pure digital product. Please do not wait for the mailman after ordering!

Q I just don’t like reading on the computer. Can I print tutorials? Or use my iPad, Kindle, etc?

A Yes! The online tutorials work great on tablets and smart phones. There are also PDF versions perfect for printing, or Kindles, or iPads. Get an overview of your options, or skip straight to specific instructions for transferring PDF files to Kindles (the most common request).

Q I can’t “unlock” the PDF I downloaded — what gives?

A PDF access codes are displayed with the PDF download links and are bold and colorful in the full web version of your tutorial. If you have a code that isn’t working, you are probably using a fresh code with an older PDF: try re-downloading and using the current code. Still stuck? See the PDF Help Page.

Q What if I buy a tutorial and discover it doesn’t apply to me?

A No problem: I will issue a refund or exchange.

Q How do I find the tutorial I bought?

A To get to the full version, you have to use a special link, provided at the time of purchase. Check your email for your purchase confirmation message. More information.

Q Is there a money-back guarantee?

A Of course! Isn’t there always? Happiness guaranteed. If you’re not totally pleased with your purchase, you can have every penny back. I might ask a question so I can learn how to improve my tutorials. My refund rate is under 1%, compared to the 8% typical in retail. More information.

Q How does the lifetime 75% discount work?

A I regularly update the tutorials, and they will be different in 2019. All customers get a big discount on any future edition … forever. More information.

Q Who publishes this website? What are your qualifications?

A My name is Paul Ingraham. I am a science writer and former Registered Massage Therapist in Vancouver, Canada. More information.

Q Do you have any practical experience?

A Yes, lots of it. Even with much of the flakier stuff I debunk. Again, see my bio.

Q What’s with the salamander logo?

A It’s a symbol of healing and science. Salamanders have amazing, mysterious regenerative powers, far greater than any other animal.  More information.

Q Can you recommend a doctor or therapist?

A Sorry, no. Although I know many therapists abroad and in Vancouver, I know none well enough to recommend them. More information.

Q Can I pay an upgrade price to get the full set of tutorials?

A You sure can. If you’ve already purchased a tutorial, you can upgrade to the “boxed” set without paying twice. Just go ahead and buy the set, and then send me a note to let me know that you’re upgrading: I will promptly and fully refund your previous purchases.
